GYMSHARK MARKETING & COMMUNICATION STRATEGY
In response to a live brief set by Gymshark, I designed and hypothetically launched a four-tiered loyalty programme through a three year marketing strategy and one year tactical communication plan. I ensured that the loyalty programme was disruptive and innovative to attract new prospects whilst nurturing existing customers. I was shortlisted as a Top 5 finalist which allowed me to pitch my ideas to Gymshark’s Loyalty and Retention Team. It was an amazing experience that I am so grateful for.
